Field Trip Ideas
I actually brainstormed ideas for field trips with another group. We came up with the following venues:
-Upper Iowa River-canoeing, hiking (NE Iowa, 3 hour drive)
-Loess Hills-hiking, and more? (NW Iowa, 4 hours)
-Maquoketa Caves-spelunking (cave exploration), hiking (IA, 1.5 hours)
-Devil's Lake State Park-hiking, climbing, swimming, kayak/canoe (WI, 3.5 hours)
-Fairfield, IA-parks (1 hour)
