Computer Resource Committee

The Computer Resources Committee provides advice and information to the GSS on computer-related issues. The Computer Resources Committee also reallocates computer equipment and software to departments for the use of graduate students and works to improve computer resources for graduate students at the University.

This summer, GSS was fortunate enough to reallocate 62 iMac G5 Computers to various UI Graduate Departments across campus.  We anticipate the reallocation of approximately 300 PCs during the late summer/early fall (2010) and the call for computer requests will be sent over the DGS listserv at that time.
