Travel Funds Application

GSS is pleased to bring you an online application!
Please note the following:

• While the application is now merged, GSS Travel Funds and ECGPS Scholarly Presentation Awards continue to be independent funding groups. As of late August, ECGPS has not yet finished redefining their new "Professional Advancements Grants" Committee criteria, thus the application is only for GSS Travel Funds.  Each group has their own criteria, but will likely coordinate efforts to reduce redundancy in the application process. Direct your questions to the appropriate chair by using the contact form.

• All information must be submitted electronically - this includes documentation. We ONLY accept PDF documents. We recommend taking care of your documentation before starting the application.
• You cannot save the application or fill it out in multiple sessions. Therefore, it is recommended you work on your application in a word processor before using the application form.
• Once the application is submitted, you may not edit it.

Once you are ready, proceed to the electronic application. You will be prompted to login - use your HawkID and password (NO domain needed).

The application period has closed.  You will be able to apply again in two weeks.
